Croftlea is superbly located, adjacent to Trenance Leisure Park, Newquay Zoo, Heron Tennis Centre with outdoor , floodlit and covered courts and clubhouse; Waterworld with indoor heated swimming pool, large modern fun pool and café/bar; Wooden Waves skateboard park, children’s play area, crazy golf, pitch and putt, miniature railway and Trenance bowling green. Also nearby is the newly built Newquay sports centre. Fun for all the family.

All Croftlea flats are self-contained with their own toilet and bath/shower room. The flats are fully equipped with modern facilities including vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, colour television and electric fires. Flats have fitted carpets and with double glazing throughout and are well appointed for your comfort. Electricity is by coin meter. There is a laundry room with commercial size washing and drying machines.

Croftlea has a large outdoor swimming pool 40’ x 20’ for visitors use. There is ample parking and storage and washing areas are provided for surfboards, wetsuits and beach gear.

Croftlea is well situated for use as a base from which to visit the Eden Project, National Maritime Museum, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Flambards and a host of other attractions.

The swimming pool in our grounds is a lovely setting for whiling away lazy summer days or you may prefer to wander down the lovely Trenance Valley through the gardens to the boating lake and the Gannel Estuary beyond. The sea front is a gentle stroll away and soon reveals the rugged, majestic coastline fringed with golden sands and washed by the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Surfing and body-boarding take place on many beaches and surf schools abound. Newquay has much to offer whether it is a holidays packed with activities or just a completely relaxing time.

Croftlea Flats are situated away from the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes walk from Tolcarne, Lusty Glaze, Great Western and Towan beaches, leading to Newquay harbour and Fistral beach beyond. The town centre has a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and numerous watering holes to suit all age groups and is just a few minutes walk.

The Gannel Estuary with its abundance of bird life is within easy walking distance. There are many golf courses within a short drive. The boating lake and riding stables are a short walk away and fishing trips are available from Newquay harbour and from nearby Padstow. Cornwall is beautiful and exciting for all ages and Croftlea is the ideal location from which to explore this picturesque county or enjoy a relaxing holiday.
