A game at Holywell Bay Golf Club can be fun for all the family with an 18 hole par 3 links course or an 18 hole pitch and putt on offer gives the perfect excuse to linger on the mesmerising coastal scenery.

The Heron Tennis Club has eight outdoor and two indoor courts plus a great little coffee bar/clubhouse with snacks and light refreshments.

Much of Newquay is accessible on two wheels, or for a longer ride join up with the St Piran Way, a designated cycle route that winds through wooded valleys from the City of Truro to Newquay.
