The flat is on the 2nd floor with large picture windows affording beautiful panoramic sea views overlooking the North Cornwall Coast Path and round to the Newquay beaches and headland.
Opposite is Whipsderry beach, accessible by steps, within 5 minutes walk is Porth beach, which is a lovely sandy inlet bay and ideal for children with local amenities close by. The centre of Newquay is about 2 miles away.
Watergate Bay is a beautiful 20 to 30 minute walk along the cliffs on the coast path or a 5 minute drive. Padstow with its harbour, fish sales and lovely shops is about 10 miles away along the coast road passing many beautiful beaches on the way.
A little further afield is the Eden Project near St Austell, which should not be missed. Just a couple of the many places to visit whilst in Cornwall.
The flat has been recently refurbished. There are two fully carpeted double bedrooms both with quality double beds and mattresses with duvets and pillows. Both bedrooms have large vanity units with plenty of drawer space, built in wardrobes and shaver points.
The kitchen are is fitted with a full sized electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle plus full compliment of cooking, storage and eating equipment. There is a fully carpeted dining area with table and chairs plus accessories. The large carpeted lounge are has three-piece suite, colour TV with freeview box and radio.
The shower room is fitted with an electric shower, wash hand basin and w/c there is also an immersion heater for hot water. An iron board and vacuum cleaner are provided. Electric radiators and or heater are available in the flat. Electric storage radiators are provided free of charge early and late season.
The flat is all electric with a £1 slot meter. Linen (sheets, pillowcases towels etc) are NOT provided. All of the flats and communal areas are NON smoking. On arrival day, access is not before 2pm and departure by 10am on departure day.
